- 500 g de boniatos
- 500 g de harina
- 2 cucharadas de azúcar
- 30 g de levadura de panadero
- chorrito de anís
- sal
- 2 huevos
- aceite para freír
Preparación:
Se pelan y se cuecen los boniatos (20 m) se escurren y se ponen en un cuenco, se aplastan con un tenedor y se añaden todos los ingredientes, se mezcla bien y se deja reposar 2 h .Se forman los buñuelos y se fríen en abundante aceite (freidora o sartén)al final se rebozan con azúcar.
